Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully and click the button at the bottom of the registration tab to accept terms and conditions.

By submitting the following information; I hereby agree not to hold Via Dance Studio LTD, its director and staff responsible for any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident or injury during or resulting from my child’s participation of or relating to any function or activity of Via Dance Studio LTD.
Payments for monthly classes and private lessons are due the first of each month. A late fee of ten dollars will be applied to any accounts not paid by the end of the first full week of each month. There will also be a $15.00 charge applied to any returned checks.
I hereby assume all financial responsibility for the above student. I further understand that I will be charged for all classes until I have notified the school of my child’s withdrawal.
In the event that it becomes necessary to refer this account to collections, you as the parent or guardian will be responsible for all collection fees, including attorney fees, interest, etc.
There are no refunds, no exceptions.
